These Terms of Use govern your use of mattxchong.com and any products, resources or services offered through this site. By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

This site is operated by Matt Chong, an individual based in Melbourne, Australia. References to "I", "me" or "my" refer to Matt Chong. References to "you" refer to the person accessing the site or purchasing a product.

This site sells digital products including AI automation workflow files, PDF setup guides, setup video walkthroughs and related resources. All products are delivered digitally and are available immediately after purchase.

Products are designed for use with third-party tools including n8n, Gmail, Outlook and others. I do not guarantee compatibility with every configuration or environment. Where a product does not work for your specific setup and I cannot resolve it, the refund policy below applies.

You may use purchased products for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share or sublicense any product or its contents to third parties.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

Payments are processed by Gumroad. I do not collect or store your payment details. Your transaction is also governed by Gumroad's Terms of Service.

I offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all paid products. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact me and I will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds are processed through Gumroad and may take a few business days to appear in your account. This refund policy does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Where a product is not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under that law.

Free resources including blueprints, templates and guides are provided as-is without warranty. They are intended as a starting point and may need to be adapted to your specific tools and requirements. I am not responsible for any outcome resulting from using free resources.

All content on this site including text, design, workflow files, PDF guides, video content and code is my intellectual property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, republish or distribute any content without my written permission.

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own purposes. It does not transfer ownership or grant any other rights.

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or any product, including loss of revenue, loss of data or business interruption.

Automation workflows interact with third-party services including Gmail, Outlook and n8n. I am not responsible for changes, outages or policy updates by those services that affect the performance of any workflow.

My total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

By submitting your email address on this site, you consent to receiving emails from me including the requested resource and occasional tips and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. I will not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

This site contains links to third-party websites including Gumroad and n8n. I am not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those sites.

I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
