What does it actually know?
Whatever you train it on. You upload your product descriptions, FAQs, pricing and policies. The chatbot answers based on that content and escalates anything outside its knowledge to your email.
Will it give wrong answers?
It answers based on what you have trained it on. If a question falls outside its knowledge, it is configured to say so and route the query to your email. It does not guess.
What website platforms does it work on?
Any website that accepts embed code. Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, custom HTML — if you can paste a code snippet, the chatbot works there.
Can it handle bookings or payments?
The chatbot is designed for answering questions and routing enquiries. For bookings, it can direct clients to your booking link. Payment processing requires a separate integration.
